Refund policy
Made for you, made to order.
Every ForgedLoot piece is printed on demand — your item doesn't exist until you order it. Because each piece is made just for you, we handle returns differently than a typical store.
We'll replace or refund, free, if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- The print is wrong, misaligned, or differs from what you ordered
- You received the wrong item or size (different from what you selected)
Just email us at support@forgedloot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right — usually with a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. No need to ship anything back.
We can't accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size — please check our Size Guide before ordering; each product page lists exact measurements
Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellations: we can cancel and fully refund your order if production hasn't started yet — contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once your item enters production, it can no longer be cancelled.
