Shipping policy
How your gear gets forged and shipped.
Every ForgedLoot piece is made to order. Here's the timeline:
Production: 2–5 business days. Your item is printed, quality-checked, and packed by our print partners.
Shipping (after production):
- United States: typically 3–7 business days
- International: typically 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Tracking: every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you the moment your order ships. You can also track anytime from your order confirmation email.
Multiple items: items may ship separately from different production facilities — you may receive more than one package, at no extra cost.
Delays: during peak seasons (holidays, major sales) production can take a few extra days. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days (US) or 45 days (international), contact us at support@forgedloot.com and we'll investigate with the carrier — and make it right if it's lost.
Address changes: contact us immediately if you entered the wrong address. We can update it only before the order enters production. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer can't be refunded, but we'll help however we can.
